Bikanerwala is a national brand whose food and stores mean quality and hygiene. While on return from Nainital, we stopped at the spacious Bikanerwala outlet at Haldwani. The size, cleanliness and prompt service at the outlet were impressive as we could see no difference in the standards set at their Gurgaon/Lucknow and other branches. The store was neatly filled with their products and the seating arrangement was pleasing. We ordered the Super deluxe thali and every item of the thali was tasty with the Dal makhani deserving special mention. A can of Mirinda washed down the filling thali. I must say that it was a very satisfying and impressive meal at Haldwani!

The food was not very good quality and behaviour of the manager who was in the counter was not so friendly. The behaviour was like that he is serving the food for free to us..and we are there on his mercy..fully moron. On top of that, there was dirt on top of the water bottle and when we went to pay, the moron manager was having a phone conversation the entire time while at the counter and we had to wait until another person who worked there noticed this in order for us to pay for the food. It was overall a very bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money here..

Ordered Masala Dosa,Chole Bhature and Crispy Chilli potato. Masala dosa is below everage, no mustard tempering in masala, sambhar was sweet and red chutney was sweet too..taste was below than average. Bhatura was fluffy and less oily but chole was salty and tasteless. Ordered crispy chilli potato and seems like they serve french fries mixed with chilli sauce and ketch up, taste was horrible so we left 75% portion on the table. Pathetic taste never going to visit again for sure.

If you want to eat from bikanerwala go directly there don't order from zamato. I don't know who is the culprit (zamato ,bikanerwala,or delivery boy ) but if you order your food by applying offers they simply pack food from some cheap restaurant. This is shitty behaviour from bikanerwala side . You should gake strict action against this . you guys are fraud . a big NO from my side. Don't ever do online order from this shitty BIKANERVALA
