First time at LOTD Haldwani, went here for a date and honestly, I was a little sceptical after seeing some negative reviews. But glad we decided to try it. The ambience was really nice, food was genuinely good and the drinks were on point. Overall, it turned out to be a really good experience and definitely worth the money. Kaafi acha date spot hai. Next time family ke saath bhi definitely visit karenge.

Great place for a lunch or kitty party in Haldwani! The ambience is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is courteous and attentive. A spacious and comfortable place to spend quality time with friends. Definitely recommended for kitty parties, ladies’ lunches and get-togethers. 5/5!

I was visiting Haldwani from Delhi and decided to try Lord of the Drinks after seeing good reviews online. The ambience was impressive and the hospitality stood out. The staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we entered. Glad we chose this place.

Had a reunion with college friends at Lord of the Drinks Haldwani after several years. The place was perfect for catching up. Comfortable seating, good music, and excellent service made the evening memorable

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a gin and a gin margarita, but noticed black particles floating in one of the drinks. When I politely asked the staff to replace it, I was shocked by their response. They refused to change the drink, saying that it was “very expensive” and that I would have to drink the same one. I even requested if they could provide a different drink instead, but they refused that as well. Eventually, I had to pay for another drink separately because I obviously could not consume a drink that had visible particles in it. To make things worse, the second drink arrived very late. The staff was rude, the service was completely unprofessional, and there seemed to be absolutely no coordination among the team. The place was also unnecessarily noisy, making the overall experience even worse. Honestly, such behaviour towards customers is unacceptable, especially when you are paying for expensive drinks. Pathetic service and a complete waste of money. I would definitely not recommend this place—there are far better options where customers are treated with basic respect.

Drinks are not so wow , needs more improvement. Food quality was very nice and tastes as well . Bill came without double check water was added on bill which was not served complementary peanut was added was not served . So manger needs more improvement on this .
