**Extremely Disappointing Experience at Olive Lounge** I regret to share an incredibly disappointing experience at Olive Lounge, primarily due to the fraudulent and unprofessional behavior of the manager. My recent visit left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to bring attention to the following issues: 1. The manager was involved in clear-cut fraudulent practices by providing false schemes for events and charged extra for unjustified reasons. This behavior not only tarnishes the restaurant's reputation but also violates trust. 2. The manager displayed unprofessional behavior throughout my visit. From rudeness to lack of transparency, it was evident that a lack of professionalism permeates the managerial approach at Olive Lounge. 3. The overall customer service was subpar, with the manager setting a particularly poor example. The dismissive attitude towards customer concerns reflects poorly on the establishment. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of Olive Lounge and its commitment to ethical business practices. I strongly discourage others from patronizing this restaurant until there are significant improvements in both management and overall customer service.
