The courteous staff is what catches the eye as you enter and that’s toooed with the perfect cocktails (they seem to have a great mixologist) and the lip smacking food …overall a great experience not to forget they have great quaint live music playing too. Good job team !!!!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the biryani that I received in my recent order from ITC Brand. And was disappointed to find that the biryani portion was significantly smaller than my previous order from your restaurant. However, the smaller portion of biryani that I received in my recent order was not up to the mark and did not meet my expectations. I am disappointed that the quality of the food has declined, especially considering the premium prices charged by your restaurant.Also my instructions were not followed.

I have tasted your food,it's tasted amazing delicious, mouthwatering food. But portion is very less. Fortune ITC it's a request to elaborate your Menu and elaborate about the ingredients and cooking process. I have ordered food with cutlery also specially but resturant forgot to send.

Nice ambience and a very well-designed space. The food was okay, but the service was quite slow—both the food and the bill took a long time. The sequence of serving was also a bit off; my soup, which was ordered as the first course, arrived much later. Overall, a pleasant place, but the service needs improvement. Parking could also be a concern during busy hours.

Very disappointing experience. The liquor selection was extremely limited, with hardly any options available. What made the experience worse was that several beers mentioned on the menu were not available at all—not even a single option from the listed beers could be ordered. If items are listed on the menu, guests reasonably expect them to be available. The lack of options and poor availability made the overall experience frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Chicken was oddly sweet, pomegranate juice was basically lime water. Food missed the mark at Zodiac. Service was the only win.
