The place is lovely. The people here are polite. The order of chicken wrap and burger were very tasty.. The atmosphere there is good enough to have happy meal.

Doesn't deserve a single star even. Should close the outlet , shouldn't spoil the brands name if can't keep up the inventory of the very same item which it is famous for i.e. Burgers. The counter boy gave an excuse when we ordered crispy veg burger that it's not available rest everything is. Again we order crispy veg wrap and crispy veg supreme again same answer came burger isnt available rest everything is. Then why the hell you have opened an outlet named BURGER KING that too in a holy city like haridwar and you can't maintain the inventory for any variety of veg burgers. We only listen to his lame excuses which we couldn't hear well being his voice too low and walked right out of the outlet truely disappointed. Not expected this from a franchise like this.

I am fond of preparations of BK. Will satisfied every time but a little bit unsatisfied due to their not heading on Special Cooking Instructions. I always mentioned that please not use lettuce but they serve with lettuce. This complaint is only with online deliveries. Maybe they have illetrate people to handle app. A person like me who enjoyed food more than 3 times a week force to write this an below average review. Food is awesome always but everything else pathetic. Suggest to work on i

Please be sure while sending order whether its going to the right location or not. Like today it was the bad experience i received partial or replaced order instead of mine.. further i tried to reach to the registered number but it was switched off all the time.

Today the quality of burger was abysmal. That veg chilli melt was far from cheesy and melty. The patty was  not crispy at all. Is it so difficult to serve good food considering the hole you dig in pockets? You have lost a faithful customer today.
