A must visit place if you're in haridwar. I visited few days back and overall it was an amazing experience. Nice ambience, ample seating area, polite staff, timely service, elaborate menu to choose from. We tried their special thali which was seriously very special, kashmiri dum aloo, paneer Butter masala, Dal tadka, chole bhature, chilly paneer, kulfi,lassi...! Everything was very good in taste..chole bhature were to die for... heavenly taste. Guy's, do visit chotiwala and enjoy delicious food.

I had visited this restuarant few days back.I had ordered a panner butter masala,dal makhni and butter naan.the food was very tasty and the staff was very kind.The ambience was very beautiful and parking was also avialbale.rates were reasonable.surely a reccomendable place.

The food is very good. It’s one of the oldest restaurant in Hardiwar. You should try their parathas and Chile Bhature. The lassi is good as well. Must visit if it’s your first time in Haridwar

Best food available in Haridwar but it needs to improve in Parking facility and must focus on cleanlines in its only available small washroom.

Cooperative staff and service was really fast as I had train to catch. The food was full fledged 2 sabzi, daal, raita, etc..

During our Har ki pauri visit, we happen to be here for our luncheon and following was our experience. Food - We ordered their veg thali and Kadhi Chawal. Both the quantity and quality was lip-smacking. I loved the Kadhi Chawal and it was very well made. Customer service- Good Ambience- Decent. The huge turn off is their dirty washroom! Value for money- Excellent

Very bad experience in the restaurant. The waiters are unresponsive. The serving size is small (specially the sambhar provided with dosa is very very less in quantity and when asked for a refill, they start cribbing). Waiters also selectively provide salad to customers. They lack proper etiquette to give you spoon along with plates and don’t even have serving spoon with the dishes that were ordered.
