We had searched for some good places to eat at Haridwar, and the name Mohan Ji Puri Wale popped up during the search. Thus we decided to try out the food outlet on our trip to Haridwar. We ordered a plate of Khasta Kachauri to try it out first. There were two pieces of Kachauri and a bowl of medium spiced potato gravy. The kachauris were delicious and soft yet crunchy to taste. And since they were served hot with the gravy, it tasted delicious. The Kachauri and the gravy were perfect complements to create a dish with great taste. Next, we ordered a plate of sarson da saag and makki di roti combo. The saag was layered with some fresh butter and came with two rotis, each cut into half to create four pieces. Again the rotis were dripping with ghee, and there were two small pieces of jaggery in the dish. We tried the saag for the first time, but the taste was phenomenal. We have never had something so delicious. It was served hot, and the combination of the roti and the saag with loads of butter and ghee made it a wonderful experience. I would rate it as one of the best dishes I have had in terms of taste. Lastly, we ordered a glass of buttermilk. The taste was soothing, and the buttermilk was a perfect end to a delicious meal being lightly spiced yet cold. We overall really enjoyed having food here. The taste was great, the quality was superb, and the prices were reasonable—a must-visit place at Haridwar.

You cannot miss having crisp puri with aaloo cholle sabzi from here. It was so delicious. Though there is no seating arrangements just some tables around the outlet yet the food they serve will make you forget all those things.

This is my favourite place when it comes to Haridwar. The best chole puri you will ever have. The taste is so unique and always reminds me of my childhood whenever I visit the place.

Recently visited Haridwar and tried this very famous shop. Very delicious pooris served with amazing aloo ki sabzi or chhole whatever you want. Tasted really good and served hot. Sabzi was very spicy and yummy. The place had very fast service. This is the best poori place in Haridwar so far according to us ( and we have tried most of the poori places there)

Very nice quality puries which are heavy enough for 1 person.. Serving good taste.. All other dishes are also nice... Self service.. Dosa and some sweetes are also nice.. ambience is like a sweet shop ..Must try..

When you are in Haridwar, as much visiting Ghat is important so this outlet is 😋 Top in the options are- Puri Bhaji, Gulab Jamun, Halwa, Kachori and Samosa.

Decent place to have breakfast if you are in Haridwar . Mohan Puri is famous for its puri thali in which they serves four Puri's with diffrent subji's apart from this I liked their sweet lassi and Aloo kachori. This place has limited sitting and is always filled with people devouring on decently priced food. It is just like any other sweet shop who also caters few snacks . I also had chole Bhatura which were also decent. This place is good if you are looking for averagely decent breakfast options in Haridwar.

Poori Chole was good , but the price of poori - chole was little hire . Otherwise , good food . And they really need to improve the hygiene of their restro .

Rs 100/- for 4 pooris that too without a pithi is not worth the hype. Did not like it at all. Only petha sabzi was delicious. Kachori didn’t taste good as well.

Worst dosa ever . Whole raw potatoes in dosas . Extremely salty chutney. Tasteless sambhar. The most rude staff ever. Never gonna recommend to anyone.
