I have ordered two pizzas nd one of which was Margetria with extra cheese but there was no extra cheese Nd also there were sprinklers send for pizza....worst quality ...the vegetables were boiled looking like it’s a food for animals Secondly I ordered full steamed momos...u can see the pic of chutney in the pic..Looking like manchurian’s gravy and momos were filled with oil and were saltless Overall this order is my worst order ever in my life Very disappointed...wastage of money nd time too Worst food items...this was my last order from this place Be at ur own risk If u order something frm this store bcoz i u contact them after the order delivery...they will say sorry nd will rang up the phone and another time if u try to call them nd if they hang up then they will say that sorry its a wrong number... #worst experience #noneedtobuyfromthisstore

I don’t even know where to begin with Pizzeria Castle, but this has to be one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a double decker burger, a KFC-style burger, momos, and an Oreo shake — and somehow, every single item managed to be disappointing in its own unique way. The burgers were honestly terrible. The first thing that hit me was the strong, unpleasant smell of oil — not fresh, but the kind that makes you question how many times it’s been reused. The taste matched the smell: greasy, heavy, and just not enjoyable at all. The momos were equally bad — bland, poorly cooked, and lacking any real flavor. Nothing about them felt fresh. But the absolute worst part was the Oreo shake. I was already struggling to drink it, and then I noticed literal paper pieces inside. Yes, actual bits of paper — some even had numbers written on them like “22” and “8.” That’s not just bad quality, that’s straight-up unhygienic and unacceptable. This isn’t just about bad taste anymore — it’s about basic food safety being ignored. Overall, a complete waste of money and a genuinely unpleasant experience. Definitely not ordering from here again.

They don't even know how to prepare simple and basic dishes like soup n chilly potato .. total waste of money. Plz do not order anything from this restaurant . There is no mushroom in mushroom soup. Soup is oily and salty .. chilli potato is soggy and I have ordered dry but it's all kind of gravy in that

The food we received is burnt, it is totally waste of money. Restaurant band krdo jab chlana nahi aata.. Third class Zomato look after this . Don't add this kind of restaurant with you.

I have ordered chilli potato thrice from this restraunt but it was burnt all three times and Restraunt did not accept it and didn't compensate. Please don't order from here
