Amzing food, Great Ambience amd a wonderful Host. Coming from Delhi and finding this place in Haridwar was a blessing. The taste and quality of the food is 10/10. People say that the way to heart goes via stomach..the owner (Shivi) sure does believe in that. So if you are coming to Haridwar or even passing it by UPSTATE BY SHIVI is a must stop.

Being a tourist, loved the place.... Must visit place in Haridwar...This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again

The food was amazing, it was too delicious the owner of the restaurant is too down to earth and the service is also amazing and they are so polite and kind. Had a great experience. Thank you upstate by shivi for making our trip to haridwar so memorable by serving us such a yummy food.

Awesome collection of international cuisine, loved the pizza n pasta. Mint Mohito was refreshing. Salad to finish off a memorable evening. Will be back for more.

Visited the restaurant earlier this month for a small get together, had a bitter sweet experience as the food was good the service was prompt. However, during the payment they didn't accept the credit card and it was a really irritating moment cos the reason I was given that the machine is not working. Even when I insisted on at least trying to process the payment they didn't even bring the card machine out. Being an Ex FnB professional it was quite a shock and completely ruined my experience since I knew the reason why they didn't take the payment with a credit card as there is a small fee merchants have to pay to the banks. But that's why we are coming to your restaurant and paying a premium for the Services and different payment options is a part of it. If I knew they are not gonna accept credit cards for payments, I would never have visited the place and surely not going there again.

Such a ridiculous food ,staff misbehave and even owner behaviour was not so good. The soup nd snacks i ordered was not at all hot and tastelsss.. And after that when we left without taking the main course staff was saying all the leading families of city comes here and never complain… what the shit!!!! Owner was also there and listening to this staff’s shitty..

The food is terrible and service is pathetic. The food served is cold and portion size is extremely small. Not worth it. Highly overpriced. Cost of a platter is 800 it doesn’t have enough to feed four people. Terrible experience!
