Everything about Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our server was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh, awesome, and beyond “Delicious.” Our Malai Soya Chaap, Tandoori Paneer Tikka, Kadhai Paneer, Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani, Veg Biryani & Garlic Naan might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Service was delightful and very professional. Great atmosphere with really nice people. Ratings: - Ambiance – 10/10 Food - 10/10 Beverage – 10/10 Service – 10/10 Value for Money – 10/10

We had a wonderful experience with this restaurant! We dined in and also ordered food through Zomato . The food was absolutely delicious each time, and the quality remained consistent. What really stood out was the amazing service—they were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for both dine-in and delivery!

Poor quality and unhygienic food. Last night, we ordered ice cream for the children from Moti Mahal Restaurant, Hoshiarpur, via Zomato. When we received the order and opened the packaging, we found a human hair inside the ice cream. The bill came to ₹360. We lodged a complaint with Zomato, but the restaurant flatly denied that there was any human hair in the ice cream. It is not about the ₹350—that is not a large amount. The sole purpose of this complaint is to highlight that the food at this restaurant is not hygienic. If you visit with your family or order food for yourself and your children, please be aware of this. I am attaching a photo; please take a look and decide for yourself whether there is a human hair in the ice cream or not.
