I had a truly awful experience here. The service was terrible from the start. We were made to wait for quite some time and were almost about to leave when we requested to be seated in a specific area of the restaurant. After we were finally seated, we asked for a pitcher. The staff informed us that there would be no offer on it, which was absolutely fine with us. However, when we requested a separate bill for the drinks, the staff refused without any proper explanation. That was the final straw, and we decided to leave immediately. It simply wasn’t worth it. I had heard some negative reviews about this outlet before, but since I frequently visit their other locations and have never had such a disappointing experience, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake. We even had a confirmed booking through District and had informed them in advance. Definitely not recommended.

horrible service, bad food, quantity does not even satiate one person, mocktails are mocking the name and charging a service charge for the worst service ever, and what is with asking us if we booked by district? you’re reducing the quantity which we pay for.

We were royally ignored. Despite trying to get their attention they delayed coming to us by several minutes. Order was given very late, over 25 mins and my order was mixed up (non veg instead of veg!) and add another 20 mins for it to be redone :( disappointed.

the worst management and disgusting ambience and food , especially the managers are very unprofessional for sainikpuri this place is a utter crap and keep in mind these ppl are just a franchise spoiling the main 10 DOWNING BRANDING

Their Kitchen was not ready to take orders and staff was not prepared at all. Despite waiting for more than an hour no service was provided.
