Hello, I have been a regular customer at your Begumpet branch for the past 5 years. Yesterday during ladies night (8:30–11 PM), we were unexpectedly refused drinks despite the offer. When I asked for clarification, the manager spoke disrespectfully and questioned my intention for coming, which was very insulting. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially towards loyal customers. I request a formal apology from the manager and clarification on your ladies night policy so this does not happen again. I hope you take this seriously and respond soon.

I've been visiting this place all my life but things have changed. New owners, new staff, music & service has become pathetic. Charging Rs 400/- for a mug of beer and so on. I really hope they work out and get back it's old charm & vibe back. Else this place will be gone soon!

The service is too entitled. Actually actually like the colonial rulers making you feel bad about yourself. I requested the DJ for a song. they asked me to go to the counter. the counter asked me to go to the DJ humiliating. DONT RECOMMENDED
