Buffet was booked - but there was no display of buffet . They said there were no bookings so they will serve from kitchen - out of the buffet menu . There were only 2 veg and 1 NV chicken in buffet lunch . One biryani 1 plain rice . 4 starters and 4 desserts. Taste was below par . Table was constantly moving . It was very unstable . There were only 2-3 tables full and still service was slow . It was very disappointing . Will never go again .

😡Hyatt is bloody cheats n fraud..plz nvr go thr..no buffet..only 5 items..dal, alu sabzi, chicken biryani n murg curry, paneer curry wth Naan served on table...wth some starters n desserts...no dish was displayed like buffet, ...no mutton item cooked, saying LPG gas shortage ....mocktails drinks, one each for us, was charged separatly...n above buffet amount restaurant charged Rs 1700/- for taxes n service charge, wch was really awful 😤😡😡😡😡...ruined my Eid ....all choicest abuses to hyatt hotel management...for deceiving the public like ths n ruining my such big festival - Eid. it wud hve been better they shud hve kept buffet closed.

Very good service and hospitality . Quality of the food is good but it would have been better to have bit wider spread as current options are limited . M Rajesh took care of our table well
