I've been trying this place out for a long time mostly online orders and the name used to confuse me with a Bengali restaurant closeby but not anymore.. The extra A in the name and pure veg in the branding makes all the confusion clear. Coming to my experience - This is after ordering chaat and snacks multiple times, a restaurant experience and a PDR experience. Can confidently say, they make good quality stuff worthy of a family visit. They used to make Veg puffs in snacks and it was lip smacking wondering why they stopped it online. Our PDR experience as a family was excellent with attentive service and a clean place. We had a set menu and all of them were presented well, tasted good and coordination with food and serving staff was appreciable. Few of my favourite things here: Aloo tikki in ghee chaat, Veg puffs, Vada pav are a hit and miss, Dabelis, raj kachoris and moong daal ki kachori. Did not like the parathas and bhaturas. Notable thing is good sturdy packing and accompaniments always given separately making the food travel well. The quantity of chaat for a hungry adult is perfect and in excess for someone elder - which makes it value for money when ordering in groups. Our PDR experience was also very pleasant with the north Indian curries having the right amount of spice and heat without being too oily. Many well balanced dishes like that and Garlic naans were also served hot which was quite a task to cater a group. Overall, hope they keep up the good work and I shall remain a patron and secretly wish to see their puffs back on the menu.

The banquet service of Aamantran Hotels at Hyderabad was our choice for a recent get-together. Should add on, it was a total delish. The banquet staff were gracious and attentive. Their restaurant was clean and spacious but the banquet hall could have been a bit more prim. The pure vegetarian fare was utterly luscious. The welcome drink and starters were a delight. The main spread included a mix of South Indian, North Indian, Chaat and Hyderabadi, all very delectable. Should visit their restaurant soon and hoping for a replication.

Review (June 2025 Visit): I have visited this place a few times in the past and had decent experiences. However, my most recent visit in June 2025 was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Service: The service was exceptionally poor. Staff seemed untrained, inexperienced, and lacked basic hospitality skills. The wait time was unusually long, and there was no sense of urgency or coordination. The waitresses, in particular, were quite unapproachable and displayed a rude and arrogant attitude throughout. Food: Soup & Starter: Mediocre at best — lacked freshness and flavor. Roti & Paneer Curry: This was the only saving grace of the meal — flavorful and well-prepared. Biryani: Average — nothing stood out in terms of aroma or taste. Desserts (Rasmalai & Rajbhog): Extremely disappointing. Both tasted like spoiled paneer soaked in water instead of milk. It was unpleasant and felt unhygienic. Ambience: The ambience is still good and remains one of the few positives of this place. --- Summary: ✅ Good Ambience ❌ Poor Service ❌ Rude and Untrained Staff ❌ Average Food Quality ❌ Extremely Poor Quality Sweets

when you eat the food at the restaurant the quantity is good dont ever order on swiggy or zomato they will rob you blind the portions are literally half for higher prices and these days food delivery app will ask you to write a detailed email and not respond to any problems faced by customers

We ordered North Indian thali, when asked for extra curry and rice then hotel staff started telling it is limited which was neither communicated to us during the order nor mentioned in the menu. Staff was very rude. Had worst experience.

poorest of the poor service. just one waiter manages 20 tables. how awful it is. doesn't matter how good the ambience is, how tasty the food is, if it's served after 30 mins after ordering. food, ambience, service all must go together.
