Quality of food is good..price is little bit high..taste is yummy...but idly is OK when compared to rest of items.Preparation time is so quick.

You'll get reasonably good food here...But according to me only dine in us preferable..many feel it overrated..but definitely not.. preferable

Abbey Tiffin in Kukatpally is well-known for its delicious food, especially the chutneys, which is why it's always crowded. I’ve ordered several times, even on Zomato at double the price—despite the management blaming Zomato for the hike, the bill we receive still reflects the same high rates. But today’s experience was unacceptable. last time While dining in, I witnessed a customer being ignored by the billing counter staff after receiving poorly prepared dosas. The staff member didn’t respond or take action—instead, he simply brushed them off. When it comes to collecting payments, they act responsibly, but not when a customer needs assistance. In my case, today I ordered two plates of poori, one plate of chapati, and one plate of idli. They forgot the chapati and kept the other items packed for 20 minutes. When finally packed, they refused to give even one extra packet of dal despite my polite request. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. The staff at the counter showed zero accountability—just a head nod and no explanation. This is not how customers should be treated. Good food alone doesn't make a good restaurant—respect and service matter too. I urge the management to take customer concerns seriously and treat people with the dignity they deserve. I also encourage fellow customers not to tolerate such behavior and raise complaints when needed.

Today I’ve ordered breakfast tiffins from this hotel for the first time and I am sorry to say but I will never order again....because the food was not fresh at all and not tasty and all the ordered food went into garbage with out any choice. The vadas & Others sent aren’t prepared freshly today....the chutneys, sambar everything sent was awful. I didn’t even check the recent reviews before ordering....otherwise my money would not be wasted for such food.

I thought packaging would be in banana leaf but they served hot food in plastic and coloured papers which is highly toxic as per what i know . Kindly refrain from this next time . I had to throw away the dosas as hot dosas served in hot coloured papers and plastic is toxic . Instead please serve in Banana leaf

i have faced lot of problem they dont respond to calls and should wait for long time for preparing the items, their prices are high compared to food. i had worst experience with them

I ordered veg biriyani, Masala Dosa, Idly, Gobi manchurian fried rice. They sent Expired veg Biriyani. Very bad smell. Remaing items taste is average.
