Nirmal from the Management Team and other Staff members were very nice, professional, and well-trained. From table arrangements to checkout, the experience was amazing. The staff will make sure that your table is not empty and everything is fresh. A must-try place, and I will visit again for sure in the same branch.

the hygiene needs to be improved. I have seen small insects on the table. desert section and salad section needs to be well organised. need to ask the waiters to remove used plates. you should cover the sauces which are served in a small bowl in the table. waiters are shouting which is very disturbing. kolkata branches are really good as compared to Hyderabad branch.

wanted to give a zero star, but it's not available... many items which were in the menu were not available... service was poor, there were less main course and dessert options that were available... everything got delayed...

Unhygienic, too much of waiting time, small space and less options!! Think the desserts were also in the same place since ages Cherry on the cake is the hosts were too rude :) Never going here again
