I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. This was, hands down, the most pathetic dining experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, it was clear the "service" was non-existent. The staff ignored us. The restaurant itself is disgustingly dirty—there were sticky patches on the floor and a layer of grime on the table that looked like it hadn't been wiped in days. To make matters worse, the tableware was literally falling apart. There were broken, chipped plates, and cracked bowls. It’s a genuine safety hazard. As for the food? Completely inedible. Every dish was either vilely salty or so overwhelmingly spicy that you couldn't taste anything else also the starters were burnt. Save your money and your health. Avoid this place at all costs!

today came to this place we had a worst experience the server was bicky and sujan they can't even respond to the customer why are they working we don't know and there is no response from the team we asked several times to serve the food and they can't even remove the cutlery after used for each and every time we have waited for almost 45 mins of this is the service will never recommend any others to visit this kind of place it's been worst never go here

Extremely Disappointed – ABs Gachibowli Has Hit Rock Bottom Visited ABs Gachibowli this Sunday for lunch hoping to enjoy a quality buffet experience, but what we got instead was a complete disaster. 1️⃣ Unhygienic & Shabby Ambience The nightmare began the moment we were seated. Discolored, worn-out plates with broken edges were placed on our table. For a brand that once had a reputation for quality, this was outright shocking and unacceptable. 2️⃣ Worst Service Ever ABs used to be known for courteous staff. Not anymore. The current team seems poorly trained, understaffed, and shockingly rude. When we politely followed up on delayed items, we were told, “It will take time, don’t keep asking us, we are just servers.” Excuse me? If naan takes 15 minutes and arrives after the main course has turned ice-cold, are customers expected to walk into the kitchen and coordinate themselves? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. 3️⃣ Cold, Stale Main Course Every single item in the main course was cold. Not lukewarm — COLD. It genuinely felt like reheated leftovers from the previous day. We booked the 1 PM slot expecting fresh food, but freshness was nowhere in sight. 4️⃣ Dessert Counter Neglect No staff at the ice cream counter. It almost felt intentional — as if the idea was to avoid serving properly while still charging full per-head buffet price. Very questionable strategy. 5️⃣ Pathetic Variety (Especially Non-Veg) No mutton starters. The so-called “wish grill” was practically empty — no egg varieties, no meaningful mutton options. Only one mutton main course dish, and you literally had to swim through gravy to find a piece. For a barbecue buffet, this is embarrassing. And the final blow? Staff trying to give themselves 5-star ratings from customers’ phones while taking payment screenshots. That move completely exposed the desperation. This outlet has fallen far below standards. ABs Gachibowli has not only ruined our Sunday but also shattered the trust we once had in the brand. If this is the current state, the buffet barbecue charm is clearly fading. Definitely not visiting again.
