Pritam, Biswajit, Kaveri has served us in ABs with great effort to deliver the food hot, delicious and fastest possible in the table. It was a great experience at ABs Jubilee Hills because of all three of them .

There was no proper response from the server.. the main course in Vegetrian half of them were missing... like no panner in panner tikka curry, no kofta in koftha curry. were we supposed to eat gravy... Upon it we have asked for tissue in the beginning of eating.. servers didn't even bother.. we didn't get tissue even after our eating.. it was not worth to bill... needs a basic ethics to run restaurant... Over all the worst part is we had to wait for 25 mins for only bill... again which was irritating.. please have your people trained to run a restaurant..

Extremely disappointing experience at AB's Barbeque, Jubilee Hills. The service was very poor from the moment we arrived. We had to wait a long time for almost everything, and the staff were not attentive. The biggest disappointment was the food quality. Several items had an unpleasant smell, making them difficult to eat and raising concerns about freshness. To make matters worse, after 2:30 PM there was hardly any main course left. Many dishes were unavailable, and no effort was made to refill them despite customers still being present. Paying for a buffet and finding the main course empty is unacceptable. Overall, bad service, poor food quality, long waiting times, and lack of proper buffet management. I would not recommend this branch unless they significantly improve their food quality, service, and refill process.

I don’t have the option to give negative marks so gave 1 star, THE WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER. Starting with there was no one at the reception, when asked twice the manager gave us the table at the end of the floor where no servers were coming after that when I requested for zero spicy starter the lady serving, served once and never came back same happened with grilled and non-grilled items, there was no main course on the counters no sweet also the guy in the live counter didn’t bother to get my order of chicken keema Pao after multiple requests also.
