Many items were missing, And the service and ambience were poor. They serve only what they want to serve, rather than accommodating the customer's choice.

ABs, SD road is worst branch , the washroom are pathetic and worst, the car parking area is like a hell routing smell, dog was dead and the body is there for couple of days it's like hell. There is no mutton curry, only chicken biryani available and that too not cooked perfectly in curries only chicken and fish no mutton, in grills/ kebabs only chicken, fish (not grilled properly)and prwans. Frankly saying I have visited couple of location like Suchitra, forum Mall they were good and they serve many varieties. Iam not satisfied with the food and the bill , it's not worthy, the dinner like a nightmare for me and my family. Pls close that branch it's not in a state to run and the cutlery are old with rust stains. The staff are good and well mannered.

I recently visited Absolute Barbecue in Secunderabad, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow — we had to wait a long time for even basic servings. It felt like the staff were not attentive or organized, which really affected the overall dining experience. Coming to the food, it was just average at best. The starters, which are usually the highlight at such places, were not cooked properly and lacked flavor. It was quite underwhelming. What made it worse was the staff’s attitude — they were not very cooperative or responsive when we raised concerns. Overall, not a great experience, and definitely not what I expected. I hope they improve their service and food quality.

worst ab's ever.. secundrabad branch... utterly disappointed.... I've been to many other branches but ... never had this horrible experience... they are so short of staff that they took literally 1 hr just to get the bill... rest I leave it your imagination... they serve wrong items and the service is tooo slow... they don't care wheather you sat or not... wheather your grill is empty or not... wheather you've got served or not... nothing... worst management ever... even if you try to ask them for something they straight up ignore you on the face... either they don't respond or they respond and don't really care much... I left one star because that is the least I could give..

it was a really bad experience today. my first experience with abs was in 2013 and since then it never disappointed me until today's experience. no higene, no options to eat, no grill from mon to sat, no Mediterranean food which used to be a highlight of abs, the staff doesn't know what to answer the customer as their management left them to dry

Not the best bbq experience to be honest. I have been to AB’s many times but this one’s an absolute joke. Very limited options in starters, mains and desserts are ridiculous. Not very hygienic, gloves not worn by staff and it’s basic ice cream.
