The food was very average, but what really ruined the experience was the staff's behavior. They kept insisting that everyone pay the optional service charge as if it were mandatory, which was very unprofessional. When we asked the staff for recommendations, they didn't even seem to know what was on the menu. The service itself was poor—we ended up serving ourselves most of the time. Despite providing little to no service, they still kept demanding the optional service charge. Overall, the food wasn't worth it, the service was disappointing, and the staff was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The service was excellent. The service boy was very polite, attentive, and friendly. He served us with a smile, responded quickly to our requests, and made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and good attitude made our dining experience enjoyable. Keep up the great work ramesh garu

I recently visited Acha Telugu Restaurant in Hyderabad and paid around 4k for the meal. The ambience was beautiful, so I stepped outside to take a few photos with my camera. However, the staff told me that cameras weren't allowed and asked me to use my phone instead. I honestly don't understand the reason behind this policy. From my perspective, good photos help promote the restaurant. Whenever someone asks where the pictures were taken, I'd happily recommend the place. It feels like allowing customers to capture quality photos could actually benefit the restaurant through word-of-mouth and social media. If customers aren't allowed to capture the beautiful ambience with a camera, then what's the point of creating such a stunning setup? High-quality photos help promote the restaurant.

I have ordered chitti muthyalu mutton pulao & they took 30 mins to bring just this one order. both the meat & rice were undercooked ruining both our dinner & time. Good thing was that they didn’t argue & accepted their mistake.

It took more than 15 min to get the desserts, keema biryani has no keema in it, unresponsive and confused waiters, food was not served hot, not satisfied with the meal. Probably never coming back.
