I have been here multiple times, but this Sunday lunch at Adaa was disappointing. The menu lacked flavour! While the service was brilliant but the mains and desserts tasted below par. the gulab jamun was excessively sweet and the tapioca kheer was yuck. rose petal icecream too strong.. fish curry - tasteless. the lamb was soo bony and large. I had a group of colleagues who we were boasting of this being the best in HYD but we were embarrassed as every one mentioned they have eaten better. so guys with the cost that we are paying we expect taste is not compromised

Presently I had a horrible experience just for booking a table.. bad start.. they keep u waiting and then cut the call, didn’t expect this from a luxury hotel.. Rest I will tell u after Sunday

Pathetic service ! I have been trying to book a table since 2 days no response at all from the front desk!! Calls are not answered and when picked they put you on long hold ! Didn’t expect this at all !

Hands done the best ambiance ever. Being here for anniversary celebration. Staff was good and polite. Only disappointing thing was food. It was below average did not expected such type of food from a five star restaurant and that too for such high amount. 2 star only for ambiance.

I had to call 5-6 times to book a table. It took 2 days to book a table. Then they call and ask for money to be paid in advance 50% of the total bill. If there is table of 4 you have to pay 13k approx for the booking confirmation. I have heard that it is a great property, and so on, I would not want to visit such place where you are forced to pay else the booking is cancelled.

I 've called 4times for making a reservation for lunch tomorrow...everytime they said that the reservation team is busy and I would get a call back which I never got....unable to book through Zomato too...very disappointed

Wanted to try something else apart from Indian. The appetisers and main course were decent but the desserts were amazing though. Great Hospitality. Overall experience was good.

Utterly disappointed with the food at Adaa. Their non vegetarian food is under cooked and raw . It doesn’t even meet a 2 star hotel rating. Their food standards have reduced drastically in the last year. It’s a waste of money and the ambience doesn’t compensate enough for it. I do not recommend this place to anyone .
