Adbhuta Aharam, founded by the renowned Chef Vara Prasad, is a delightful culinary destination steeped in legacy, as Chef Prasad hails from a family of chefs. The restaurant offers a blend of tradition and innovation, mainly focusing on authentic Telugu cuisine. The ambiance is vibrant, with walls adorned with pictures of film heroes, each representing the culinary specialties of their respective regions, creating a nostalgic yet modern vibe. Adbhuta Aharam prioritizes freshness, with daily-sourced vegetables and non-vegetarian ingredients, ensuring a farm-to-table experience. The kitchen strictly avoids using Ajinomoto and artificial colors, focusing on natural flavors. A dedicated team of 25 chefs expertly manages the kitchen, while 15 service staff ensure a seamless dining experience. We had • Virgin Mojito: Refreshing and well-balanced, a great start to the meal. • Telangana Paya Soup: A hearty and flavorful dish that captures the essence of traditional Telangana spices. • Kakinada Royala Fry: Juicy prawns cooked to perfection, offering a burst of coastal flavors. • Andhra Fish Fry: Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, with spices that highlight Andhra’s culinary identity. • Auto Nagar Veta Mamsam: Succulent mutton bites, spiced and cooked to evoke memories of traditional recipes. • AA Mutton Biryani: The highlight of the meal, with perfectly cooked mutton and fragrant rice that encapsulates the richness of Telugu cuisine. • Apricot Delight: A sweet and tangy finish to the meal, showcasing a creative twist on classic desserts. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Vara Prasad for his culinary expertise and to Mr. Murali Reddy and Mr. Lova Kumar for their warm hospitality. Adbhuta Aharam truly lives up to its name, offering an extraordinary dining experience

We went here for a birthday celebration. The staff was very helpful in providing cake stand, candles and also suggested playing birthday songs. Ambience wise its peaceful and I found the interiors classy kinda. Hari helped us in deciding the orders, excellent behavior, joyful nature and very polite with words. Staffs are great here!
