Had an incredible Onam Sadhya experience at Aidu today! What stood out was both the food and the service — the food was outstanding, every dish so tasty and clearly made with care, from the curries to the payasam. And the service matched it perfectly, with the owner and staff handling the large crowd with remarkable calm, patience, and warmth throughout. A truly memorable meal - highly recommend!

The service was absolutely disappointing. We went for lunch on 3rd of August and this was our experience. Nobody checked in at our table. After close to half an hour of waiting, when we asked where our main course was, we got to know that the order was not noted or not conveyed to the kitchen. All throughout the meal, we had to keep calling waiters to take away our plates, replace cutlery, refill water or take the next order. The staff did not voluntarily check in even once. When we first sat down we were just handed the drinks menu and then the staff person practically ran away. We again had to call and ask for a meal menu. Even the serving was done in a hurry and unevenly where one person got big pieces of the starter and the last person barely had half a piece. Either the staff is not trained or were trained to serve like this. Either way our experience was disappointing. The two stars given were only for the taste of the food served, which was good.

As a malayalee, can say they don't know how Onam Sadhya is made. Good ambience, but food not worth the money they took in the name of Sadhya 😑. Plus, they didn't honor the District (Zomato) booking too.

Went to try their Onam Sadhya yesterday !! Very disappointed with every dish on the menu . Not one was up to the mark everything thing was far from what the actual dish tastes like . Am not comparing it any other place but every dish has a unique flavour to it but the dishes prepared here did not meet any of it , it’s far far away from what the actual taste. Just by adding coconut or coconut milk to a dish you can’t call it Avial or olan . Please put in more effort in cracking the recipes next time rather that just running an event where the very base of it is a sheer disaster.

Worst Onam Sadya experience. one good thing was the taste. First, we had to wait for 2 hrs to get a place. Even water was not served for the ppl waiting outside. Finally when we got a place, we were not served many items. I didn't know we will be served sambar and rice. we waited for more than an hour just to get a spoon of rice. i understand the difficulty of the serving person there but isn't it the management's responsibility to appoint more ppl before posting something in social media? Complete waste of money and time.

The wait was nearly an Hour, and the food was very average for the wait, the waiter didn't even listen to the order properly and we cancelled apricot delight and he still brought us the dish. The service and food both are Pathetic, there are better restaurants out there with better food and service, you can avoid this place and save your time.

terrible service and attitude of the front desk manager and owner. despite booking, they did not honour the slot. food service and hygiene was also very poor. avoid this restaurant at all costs unless you're looking to spoil your weekend.

We had paid reservation from district. They did not let us pay thru district and our 300 Rs reservation fee paid to district went to drains
