Worst experience ever. I honestly do not know how this restaurant has good reviews on Google. We visited as a family of five and ordered the aritaku bhojanam (South Indian veg thali) priced at an exorbitant ₹385 per plate. It was an absolute waste of money. Around 15 items were served, but the food was NOT TASTY at all. Except for the daal (muddapappu), and vada everything else was terrible. The curries were a joke—they served basic bottle gourd (anapakaya) and drumstick (munakkaya) curries. I couldn't even bring myself to keep those subpar curries on my banana leaf. To make matters worse, the rice they served was cold, which was incredibly frustrating. A ₹200 thali at any general restaurant tastes far better than this. The service was equally disappointing. We had to ask 3 to 4 times just to get a single item, and no one bothered to properly attend to our table. The serving etiquette was also completely missing. On top of the awful food and service, the restaurant had no proper AC functioning. There was zero cooling, and the entire dining experience was suffocating. We went in expecting a premium traditional meal and came out completely frustrated. Extremely expensive, zero taste, and horrible management. Do not go here at all! Better visit any other veg restaurant for a ₹200–₹350 thali.

We visited this restaurant as a group of 10 people for lunch, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Soups: Tomato Pepper Soup – 1000% not recommended. Hot & Sour Soup – Good. Starters: Mushroom Pepper – Worth trying once. Guddu Karam – Did not meet expectations. Chicken Drumsticks – Can try once. Rice & Main Course: Egg Biryani – The masala gravy mixed with the rice tasted sweet, which was not appealing. Chicken Biryani – Can try once. Bisi Bele Bath – 1000% not recommended. Service: The service was one of the biggest drawbacks. The staff did not clear the tables on time, nor did they offer or ask if we needed water bottles. There was a lot of confusion with the orders, as our dishes were served to another table and vice versa. The waiting time for food was also extremely long. Overall Rating: 4/10 The food was average, but the poor service and excessive waiting time significantly affected our experience

We wanted to book a table on 24th May 2026 for a table of 4, when we called and asked the restaurant they have said we can walk in and order however, once we walked in we found all tables are full and there is a queue of customers waiting to be seated. How can a restaurant say that we can walk in while having a full house, where is the basic common sense these days man. Manager wasn’t there to respond and there was major attitude issues. Someone needs to check this out so future customers won’t be affected. Will never ever come back here thank you staff.

Visited today for dinner and asked if meals are available and then ordered for the same. The taste is so stale and serving the food which is cooked in the afternoon. the curries for cold and even the rice is no hot. Left the served food as it is, though even after complaining about the food neither the manager nor the management spoke a word. Highly no recommended to visit. Hoping a food security team visits the place as soon as possible to check the restaurant standard as a complaint is being filed against the same. Not a worthy place to visit.

The service was very poor, and the food quality was also not good. The taste was disappointing, and the staff response was very rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced such poor food and service before. The place is very expensive and not worth the money. The environment was neither healthy nor comfortable. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
