Has been consistently amazing for the last 20 years food, service, and ambience wise in comparison to the other options in Himayatnagar. Maybe I am coming from a place of nostalgia, but unlike the other reviews, I have never had a bad experience here and have been treated with nothing but great freshly cooked food, be it, veg or non-veg. I will highly recommend the egg drop soup, and any of the gravies to pair with the noodles and fried rice. The chicken starters have always been top notch, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Great place with amazing and authentic chinese food. The options continue to remain the same and the taste is just as amazing as it was 5-10 years back. The service provided by the staff was equally with the great quality of food.

Tasteless food. Was here for dining. I would never recommend any one to go here. chicken Fried rice was oily. garlic chicken was tasteless and smelly. Prawns were bad. chicken corn soup was tasteless. Apollo fish was okish. chicken brumstick(wings) and chicken pakoda were nice. Taste not worth the prices mentioned.

We have been regular patrons to Alex’s since 40 years. We are devastated to see a fried cockroach in veg sichuan fried rice .Looks like the standards have fallen out bad. I would request anyone who take care of their health to not visit or order from this place.THIS IS DEVASTATING. “RIP ALEX”.

the prawns were not devained and still had the black dark line containing waste. the spring roll was not crispy rather it was soggy. when I complained to the waiter he mentioned the prawns are usually frozen n not fresh I was in shock 😲!! I had a stomach ache later in the day - worst experience

Ordered prawns noodles. Noodles were okay but the prawns were not. And the soft drinks were a disaster. They might've bought 2.5lts soft drinks bottle from Metro and served 50rs per glass(200ml). And the drink is not cold and no gas whatsoever. Definite 1 Star.

The veg spring rolls are like thick chapati and not at all crispy, the chilli fish had extra salt in it with no other flavour, hakka noodles were okish, the fried prawns were really good.. but I would never visit this place again.

One of the worst soup I ever had. And they claim this to be their best selling dish which leaves with a question. How worse other products would be???? Don't waste your time and money here.

Worst food .ordered chicken drumstick was stale and cold served and service pathetic and the soup was as well pathetic..not to visit again
