This place has much more than it’s menu, take yourself in the correct time and you’ll be surprised by the number of things they have got to offer. My only problem with chilli keema was that it had 3/4 egg and 1/4 keema. Also the staff could behave nicer.

Mutton and chicken Biryani both are Priced Rs. 150/- each. Ambience and atmosphere: step in only if you wanna try the food, and ignore the rest. Mutton biryani was good, it was little oily. Decent quantity for a single person who has normal appetite. They have a huge bakery section too. The place is over crowded and getting a table is a challenge. Staff is ok and they are pretty fast. Am in yet to try the bakery section and keema roti that i have heard few good ratings about. Btw, it is located in a heavenly Crowded market and near by secunderabad railway station.

They are a bunch of money looters. They see that people are in a hurry and they pay less attention to what they are paying. The staff of this hotel takes full advantage of this. I was charged Rs. 20 for a small water bottle, the MRP of which was Rs. 10. Just to be sure that they are looting. I bought a larger bottle and the price was same Rs. 20. So, i asked the staff about the price, he just simply said that the smaller water bottle is of Rs. 15. Then after a while i went to the Alpha Hotel and bought another small water bottle and this time the staff was different who gave me the bottle in Rs. 10. When I confronted them about this they got aggressive. Same happened when i ordered 2 chicken biryani parcel. The price for one is Rs. 140, that makes Rs. 280 for two. I gave them Rs 250 at first. The staff quickly put the Rs. 50 note inside the cash drawer and asked me for 80 more. So i gave him 100. He returned me 20. Then i confronted him about this, he just waved me off by saying it was by mistake. Another incident was with the onion samosa. They charged 10 rupees more than what we had. The taste of the food is great. But the staff is HORRIBLE. They are frauds or are just simply a bunch of illiterates who are poor in simple maths.... Visited this hotel after 9 long years... Was one of my favourite places to eat but the experience i had is horrible... And i doubt i will come here again... Even if i do, i will be more conscious... Please guys do pay attention to what you are paying...... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

very bad food and service. i went with my wife i ask for chicken 65 and they have chilli chicken. which is fully stale. next day i got lose motion. even i ask for waiter to check the dish he touch food in finger and said its no issue. management has to follow strictly and take action on this. over all experience food..... 0 service.... 0 parking is ok because guards are good. but when you are entering they are righting time in bike.

a) The waiters expect Rs 10 tips each time you eat a Rs 140 Biriyani there or you get it packed. Rs 10 is a good 7-8%. Its unacceptable especially when one is packing a Biriyani? Why so much greed? Why the management is ignorant? b)The size of the chicken piece is too small for one to eat. c) The ambience of the restaurant is untidy. You can notice dirty wash basins, and also rats running in between.

this is the worst biryani I have eat ever in my life , I have ordered mutton biryani family pack that was the wast of money. so please don't order if you order u only have lose the money upto 550 this is the worst restaurant and this is the worst biryani. f..k uuu 🤙🖕

very very very bad service very poor. taking to much time. here staff ni need customer.... aate aaao khate khao... jaate jaaao.... hamare baap ka kya jara.... this is the nature... wen ever i come hyderbad. i eat twice here every day. but from now. i never come here...

The fried rice was really bad and worse and they did a scam in chicken lollypop their was soo much canflower to show it was a big piece but it was a really less chicken.never go to the restaurant alpha I recommend it.

I had taken takeway of one chicken biriyani single on 24 may. I think that biryani chef.not from hyderabad.in that no masala.worst taste like just pls rice with piece.pls make tipical hyd style.

I ordered chicken 65, it is not at all good. It is not a chicken only I don't know what they used instead of chicken.
