Food and ambience is good and tasty. Service is very bad. They took literally 50mins to serve the starters and another few mins to serve main course and another few mins to serve ready dessert. Service can be improved.

Today we ordered mutton biryani in the zomato at Amaravati restaurant lb Nagar the biryani was very worst it was not cooked properly. we contact to the manager the manager was protecting himself and the restaurant it was not cooked completely but he is saying that we had eaten it cooked properly very careless people many times we had given complaint but repeating the same the negligence people. we asked for the new one he is saying that you come to the restaurant and take the fresh biryani .Very Careless people.very irresponsible.

Pathetic service. Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Ranjeet were terrible hosts. Full of attitude. No sense of talking. We complained about a dish we order. They insisted it was good. We said we are not satisfied. They said to take it out from our plate. Terrible service. Have never seen such service and hotel. Minus rating.

We went for dining and at last during the time of bill payment we wanted to pay through Zomato dining but staff refused and we also had an arguement and there is no proper mentioning about the payment method. After that arguement they accepted us to pay through Zomato dining.

time taken to get the food once ordered is too high. almost 30 mins wait time to get palak paneer and roti. add more roti and wait for another 30 mins. food was good though.

Very bad..how can they say after billing & payment that they don’t accept zomato online it should be told at time of table occupancy only.
