there was a lady called Obul she was so sweet and she made sure all was served with a kind heart and smile, she made sure to check with us if we needed anything. Apartments from that the staff was worst and the managers were too rude and if they don't work on how to treat the customers you should close this branch.

I recently visited An Te Ra Restaurant (table booked through Zomato) and had a very disappointing and concerning experience. I ordered Kodi Kura (₹425). Considering there was a chicken supply strike across Hyderabad on April 1st, I expected the restaurant to inform customers or avoid serving compromised food. Unfortunately, what was served was completely unacceptable. The curry had only 4 pieces of chicken, which were not fresh. The meat was extremely hard, and there were visible blood clots—raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. When I complained, the manager ignored the issue and tried to offer complimentary desserts instead of taking responsibility. My concerns were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, they did not provide a proper bill, which raises questions about accountability. It’s disappointing to see a place focusing on ambience while neglecting food quality and safety. I am considering raising this issue with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India and the local food inspector. I strongly advise others to be cautious before dining here.

I can’t even contact the restaurant because it directs me to an automated caller. I have to go all the way to the restaurant just to be told it’s a dry day .
