I have been multiple time at this place and it was my goto place but this time service was pathetic. even for a ready made item like biryani they keep us waiting for 1 hour.

I visited this restaurant with my family and had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the behavior of waiter Vishnu. It took him nearly 20 minutes just to take our first order, and throughout, he spoke rudely. When we tried to place a second order, I had to call him three times, yet he completely ignored us. When I questioned his behavior, instead of addressing the issue, he rudely asked me to complain to the manager and walked off to call him himself. This was extremely shocking and unprofessional. It clearly reflects a lack of proper training and customer respect. We are paying customers, not asking for a favor. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. Very poor service and management. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

Terrible experience. Food was too oily,every dish we ordered was oily , almost took a bowl full oil from curry we ordered. Oil was dripping from one starter Paneer pockets when showed to server he said it is supposed to be like that. Every order was taken with delay and served absolutely late , and also cold. Even the rotis were cold when asked the server he got them heated and brought back. Apart from food, service is just pathetic Very rude staff, they don’t take order or even look at people after calling many times.many tables around us were irritated with the same behaviour from staff.not just the guy who takes order but apparently very less staff and lazy. This was not now antera Gachibowli was earlier.

Service is not good Kobbari milk is nothing but coconut water with tender coconut pieces Kodi chips is nothing but a thin layernof chicken fried in batter Korameenu fish is average Bhimavara pulav is average
