An exciting and happy after place to hangout at nights at hyderabad...we enjoyed a lot at artistry hyderabad and we three ladies got a compliment drink from on the house its was too good and the music is too good.

Artistry at Novotel turned out to be a pathetic experience! From the very start, the evening was a letdown. Despite paying entry and cover charges, we were informed upon entering that a table required a minimum spend of ₹15,000. This surprise demand was delivered by the manager, Jeet, who was shockingly arrogant and dismissive in his demeanor. His attitude was far from professional, and it set the tone for the evening in the worst possible way. As if this wasn’t bad enough, we soon realized that the so-called “minimum spend” was being inconsistently enforced. After speaking with guests at neighboring tables, it became apparent that Jeet had quoted different minimum charges to different patrons. This lack of transparency and fairness is ridiculous, especially at a venue associated with the Novotel brand. The bouncers, too, were unnecessarily intrusive, issuing instructions and behaving in an almost bullying manner. It felt like we were being monitored and controlled, which completely killed the atmosphere of what was supposed to be a fun evening. To make matters worse, the food was a disaster. We ordered an appetizer, which was served cold - not once, not twice, but thrice. Each time we requested a replacement, it came back to the table just as cold. It was baffling how a supposedly 5-star establishment could consistently fail at something so basic!! Having visited various Novotel properties worldwide, I can confidently say this was the worst experience I’ve had. The level of service and hospitality here was nowhere near the standard one associates with a global brand like Novotel. If anything, the staff seemed more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules than creating a welcoming environment. Jeet, the manager, deserves special mention for all the wrong reasons. His lack of professionalism and customer service skills is shocking for someone in a managerial role at a luxury property. Strongly recommend avoiding this place!!

After taking the entry money, everyone inside is just a plain bully. For an empty club on a Thursday night, the “so called manager” name Jeet, bullied us saying we need to pay 15k for a table. He has no manners how to talk to women and is extremely high handed. Also, he also lied to our male friend that “23 were being rude to him”. We didn’t speak to him. We were speaking to each other and created a completely different narrative. When I told him I wanted to speak to manager he says “he is the manager”. Refused to tell his name though. Also, none of this was told all this when we called and made an enquiry. We also spoke to people on other tables and he was charging everyone differently. A table with 8 men wasn’t told anything about minimum spend, a table with other women was told 7.5k.. this pseudo manager does everything as per his wish apparently…Terrible place. Wouldn’t recommend at all. A bunch of mansplainers.

Arbitrary Charges- The bouncers here enforce rules and often charge for insignificant reasons—hidden service charges, surprise entry fees, or “dress code” fines. Unsafe for Women- The venue doesn’t feel secure, especially for female visitors. This echoes broader concerns about unprofessional staff behavior and poor crowd handling. Unresponsive Management (Sam & Charan) I tried reaching out to the managers—Sam—and Charan. These fellows don’t respond to the issues of any female and cut the calls or either don’t respond to it.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff at the entrance. Asked for 5000 out of which 4000 is covered, which we agreed to. Then they tell us anyone that’s not wearing shoes the cover charge is 10000. Absolutely ridiculous and a very bad experience.
