Very disappointed with my first visit—avoid this restaurant if you value basic food safety and customer service. I visited on 11 July (Saturday) with my mother and specifically ordered a vegetarian starter and Gutti Vankaya Biryani. To our shock, after eating almost the entire bowl, we found a piece of chicken mixed into the biryani. This is completely unacceptable, especially when customers intentionally order vegetarian food. The management apologized and initially said we didn't have to pay the bill because of their mistake. However, while we were leaving, they shamelessly asked us to pay for the desserts, as if that somehow made up for serving non-vegetarian food in a vegetarian dish. This wasn't just a minor mistake—it shows a serious lack of care in the kitchen and poor handling of the situation afterward. Food mix-ups like this can violate customers' dietary, religious, or ethical beliefs. I will never visit again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
