We use to love OMBC, but after it is changed hands to Bakers Harvest seems there is no focus on quality. We went for breakfast on 26th Aug. Ordered Pesto Sauce sandwich, it was served with full Mushrooms, mushrooms were not mentioned in the ingredients. Mushrooms were very big chunky and there was very less pesto sauce. Served with cold and wobbly fries. They did serve hot fries after complain.Walnut cookies we got were very hard, they should be soft and nutty. There was no walnut. The service was also one dish at a time , our 2nd and 3rd dish was served after our 1st dish was over. Overall it was not pleasant experience. We miss the quality of OMBC.

My husband and I LOVE OMBC and have been patrons for a while. Their pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, coffee and bread are usually excellent. This morning however the cappuccino was watered down and the sandwiches were not served hot. I suspect they were prepared but left on the counter for a while... There were also too many flies outside.

We ordered roasted mushroom and onion pizza. The look of the pizza was not appealing.. mushrooms were all darkest brown.next to black color and were too much chopped. Pizza base was all covered with small chopped pieces of black color mushroom and onion nowhere to be seen..we only had mushroom taste on every bit..NOT a pleasant taste. We expect thin slice of sauted mushroom ( where mushroom's natural color is retained) and onion as pizza topping. Disappointed

Food is not hygienic, the storage where they keep the fresh baked items had small flies all around the food items. Never going to visit the place. Be cautious while ordering online.

recently had korean cheese bun and crossiant felt like the cream cheese in korean cheese bun had spoiled or expired cream was bit tasteless pls improve quality

Had to wait more than half an hour for just a cup of cold coffee, and that too wasn't cold, just a few ice cubes on top

Pathetic service. There is one Telugu girl who is very rude. Food is overly priced. Staff needs to be trained.

Rs 660 and 40 mins wait for one veg Frankie and one Mumbai sandwich.very disappointed.
