The overall quality has gone down drastically. Service has become pathetic. Focus is more on delivery. Missal matki was almost raw. Vadapav was very delayed. Restaurant manager / owner was more worried about keeping ambience silent than quality of service. I used to come at least once per week, never coming back. It was good earlier, but deteriorated badly. Sad, but true.

Absolutely poor service. This restaurant is under staffed for the space they have. Yhis is my 2nd time and review. And it seems the service hasn't improved. No waiter came to take order. Even after ordering, the time they take to serve is too long. The chai that we ordered came after all the orders came and we ate everything. 2nd time. 2nd time they gave so poor service.

The service is bad. Ordered their mial and chai. The misal tarri was not hot. Asked to replace but again same. Tea was horrible and salty and cups were not washed. Even after complaining they didnt bother. And upon that they put service charge which I asked to remove. Has happened with me 2-3 times and never going back again.

Dabeli had foul taste and was not at all eatable. music too loud always as if this place is a discotheque. you cant even hear what their staff is saying at the time of placing an order. very poor service.

they do not know how to take orders, they altered the food that we ordered and billed us more than we were supposed to without any compensation for the same. beverages did not taste good at all.
