we went by yesterday at 7:30 pm for dinner The overall food experience was good one of my friends came along with the dinner and faced food poisoning and was admitted to the hospital for the same.So it leads doubt in the quality of foods that were served to us and same time we came with our children if any thing happened to them it will not be acceptable and make us leads to trouble so I need proper explanation and need compensation immediately

service was terribly slow. Spent more time waiting for starter refills than having them. They were out of fresh cutleries, plates and cups. more time lost waiting for food. half the items main course buffet were empty. whene enquired, simply told that had more guests than anticipated - why accept more reservations then. The adjacent used table was not cleared for the entire duration of my meal.

Pathetic service. We went on a Monday to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the service was horrible. Inspite of telling multiple times we still had to wait over 40 minutes in between the serving. Horrible service never visit this place

Really didn’t like the service had to ask 1 food item minimum 3-4 times the ladies washroom is not in service the bathroom area is so unhygienic the staff is big mess poor service

this is the worst branch in taste and as rao nagar branch is jus wasting ppl money and time too worst but hospitality is appreciable
