i have been a regular customer for barbeque nation from last 7 to 8 years, but i could see the pathetic fall in quality taste, varieties, service and for name sake there are few varities, but those are also very worst in taste. this would b last visit and i dont think i wl visit again.

the food was being served with rush and not letting the persons to enjoy the food. the team is concerned with the rating but does not care about the customer satisfaction.

Reception and seat allocation should be proper. Dishes were not available, had to wait for replenishment.

Worst experience food was horrible we were served burnt and bad food staff ignored starter requests and didn’t serve us
