The buffet was constantly empty, the hygiene of the buffet was compromised as well… the staff couldn’t get orders to the table on time, quite dissatisfied with this visit

food taste is really amazing here. The staffs are also very good. the only problem is that you. eed to wait a lot before seating and also when you get your seat you may have to wait for the food. but once the food will come. you will forget the wait time as the food is soo delicious that you will forget that.

I am a very frequent BBQ goer, But today i am very very disappointed with the service of barbeque nation. i expected very much and the service didn't even reach 15 %. Main issues are : 1. The service was very very very slow. we waited for atleast 15 mins with our plate empty for the next starters to arrive. 2. The behaviour of the staff is not at all friendly. If we ask any one particular starter again their reply seems to be rude and they ask for us to wait for more and more time with a firm voice ( My friends were uncomfortable for asking them again) 3. The service person will ask for our selection of starters and he vanishes into thin air. he is never seen again. we asked for multiple times and gave up literally. 4. We went for 2:30 PM slot which is not very late and i believe its perfect time for lunch. But when we reached to main course and chats etc. all the food is completed and they never refilled. We personally had very very disappointing time and people left dissatisfied.

Did a booking via Zomato District at Barbeque Nation where a flat ₹200 discount was clearly shown and applied at the time of booking confirmation. However, at the time of payment, this discount was not honored. Instead, I was offered a 10% cashback in Zomato credits, which is not equivalent as it cannot be withdrawn and forces future spending. There was no clear communication that the confirmed discount would be replaced with a cashback offer. This constitutes misleading pricing and a poor customer experience.
