The buffet was not as good as expected!! The fruits are not fresh, Naans are crispy, Biryanis are full of masala, and mutton curry is not cooked well! But Barbeque items are very soft and juicy!!

the service is not good, for serving food taking lot of time. starter Items also not much available, main cource also not good. overall curd rice is good.

there was a large chutney bowl, half eaten on our table from the previous guests, that stayed from the time we were made to be seated till we paid the final bill. very bad food and service. it was ironical that we returned hungry from a buffet because we weren't given enough food to eat. there were no bowls and spoons anywhere to be found in the soup setup, and there were hardly name tags on 30% of the items on the entire buffet. we got only crispy corns served in our plate for appetizers, apart from 3 barbeque sticks of paneer, mushroom and pineapple each. this makes only 4 appetizers overall. I ordered dahi Puri thrice, the third time they actually pretended making it on front of me and promised it will be served on my table. it never appeared. we ordered naan and we got white maida sheets instead. not at all seen fire remotely. the dessert counter hardly had anything left. gulab jamun were absent since we arrived and we were finally served cold ones in a bowl after complaining

Service is worst, not serving items on-time. Waited for mutton starter item for 30 mins after I asked them, they are trying to serve after asking Manager and after starting the main course. Starters (over fried items) also served from other table served already. Less number of items and keep on asking to get those items also. I never experienced this kind of service earlier at Banjara hills and Jublee hills restaurants

Worst food service, time taken to serve food is more than 30 mins and despite asking many times food was not served which is mentioned in the menu, no refills are done, but a bill was generated for the entire menu . No live counters , no dessert refills even water is not served properly

Very slow service. I have to repeatedly ask for serving. The basic cutlery was not provided. in veg curry we got a lemon peice. They kept serving corn to fill us up. Dessert section was pathetically arranged, it looked like someone had a fight with desserts.

they said unlimited food. They serve limited food . without intimation they stop to service. I'm asking to food they are laughing and ask to pay the bill this very ridiculous. Note: food also not good. Test less

worst receptionist and if tables are empty she won't allow 15 min before and food items are not available and food delivery service late and manager also not responding
