The quality of food has degraded. Even the desserts looks like they are using low quality alternatives to save the cost. I had a good experience when I visited this place around 2023. Now they are in cost saving mode.

Very disappointing experience at BBQ Spice, Abids. The service was extremely poor and nowhere close to what we expected. After finishing the barbecue items, the staff repeatedly kept asking, “Shall I remove the barbecue setup?” Again and again. It was very irritating and made us feel uncomfortable. Once the barbecue setup was removed, nobody properly attended to our table or checked on us. The food selection was also very disappointing. There was very little variety, and the desserts were particularly bad compared with other barbecue restaurants like Barbeque Nation. Overall, the hospitality and service were extremely poor. The biggest shock was the final bill of ₹2,634, which we absolutely did not expect considering the overall experience. We had booked through the District app, where the price was shown as ₹1,000 per person. However, at the restaurant, we were told it was ₹1,200 +taxes. through app extra convn fee added which is not acceptable don't book through district app worst.

wrost experience I have received this message after reaching and I already booked table at 9:30 . Hii Good evening I am from barbeque nation abids branch You have a table booked here. I would like to inform you that we don't have mutton, prawn and grilled items. We have chicken and fish. It's a humble request to come on the time slot. This is for your information that the last entry will be 10:45 pm and by 11:30 pm restaurant will be closed. Kindly confirm about your booking. Thank you

they said unlimited starters but not repeating after lots of asking they are bringing hardly 3 times only they given with less quantity single per stick they are bringing no drinks are provided even water also better to go other for 3 they charged 4400 including GST seperate .. patience tasting ... for bill also we waited for 20 mins after shouting they giving bill

The place was so bad. I mean, my experience was so pathetic. The food was bad. Even the number of food items were so limited that I could even count them on my fingers. The place was so untidy. It was extremely unhygienic, and the plates looked like they weren't washed at all. I went with a friend who even got sick after we visited the place.

worst taste and the staff are not at all cooperative and the pizza is over cooked with no taste pasta is the worst and starters have no taste and need not speak about main course. and there is a separate rate for swiggy and zomato and walkin in the restaurant.

The buffet was disappointing for the price of ₹549. There were very few food items available, and the overall food quality and taste were not good. For the amount charged, I expected more variety and better quality. Definitely not worth the price.

Zomato Cheated. For zomato customer they have increased the price to higher amount and then given discount on top of that. So basically its not 25%.. it way less than that. Unnecessarily booked from Zomato. Its of no use. Got cheated.
