I was disappointed with both the food and the overall service. The restaurant seems to focus more on promotions and marketing than on the quality of the food and customer experience. The mutton was not cooked properly and was very disappointing. We requested the staff to recook and reserve it for us, but they did not respond or take any action. Also, Zomato advertised a 35% discount, but the restaurant itself was already offering the same discount. That makes booking through Zomato feel pointless, as there was no additional benefit for customers. Overall, the food quality, service, and value for money did not meet expectations. I hope the management focuses more on improving the dining experience instead of just promoting offers.
