An evening that truly felt royal at Bidri The warm and inviting ambience set the tone, perfectly complemented by their impeccable service. The journey began with a comforting Murgh Gehun Ka Shorba, leading to the star of the evening – the Gosht Gilawat with Ulte Tawe Ka Paratha, which just melted in the mouth. The Murgh Aatishi Tikka and Lasooni Malai Jhinga followed, each bursting with rich flavours. The main course was equally indulgent – from the fragrant Hyderabadi Kacche Gosht Biryani and the classic Butter Chicken to the luxurious Aloo Bukhara Kofta and creamy Dal Bidri The royal experience ended on a sweet note with Pista-Stuffed Gulab Jamun and Angoori Paan Rasmalai – a perfect finale to an evening of indulgence.

Our dining experience was awesome. We ordered Banno Chicken Kebab in starters and Lahori Murg in main course. Both the dishes were very good but what took our breath away were the breads, Bakarkhani and Taftan.

I had an amazing experience here, flavours were unexpected and nothing like regular restaurants. Service and ambience lives to 5 star mark.

We visited this restaurant in the month of March. The offer that we select here doesn't exist in the restaurant.

The exemplary standards have fallen. Food was not better than the roadside sukhsagar. Very oily , greasy and spicy and served cold by a lackadaisical staff. This was probably the 6th /7th time we have done there with family and the experience was always superlative. Unfortunately the standards have fallen since. after paying the cover charge and making a booking we were told that the entire hotel was booked by a noisy part crowed and we were seated in the okra restaurant instead. Okra has running buffet going and the decibel levels were high. We had to shout to get heard. Gone was the Nawabi ambience that we were so used and the live ghazhal which added character to the ambience. we were not even told about this and the district app happily acepted the reservation. The hotel blames the app for the faux paus. All in all a lousy experience with the relocated seating and the awful food. Best avoided . The place has degraded and there is no redemption in sight.

We had planned to have dinner here on Sunday night only due to the Murshidabadi Food festival going on here. On a side note, the whole hotel entrance, washrooms stink due to the drain flowing nearby. Anyways so we reached the restaurant and the server claimed no empty tables and asked us to sit in the lobby. While we were waiting, he gave us the menu card, and informed that the food festival was only ala carte or set meals which costed 3k plus. Fine till here, but don't have the audacity to include the only Bengali item ie Kolkata biriyani and claim it to be a Murshidabadi food festival. Since when is Mirchi ka salan served in Murshidabad? Anyways we left.. because the sole purpose was to relish some bengali food which wasn't available and the ad was completely misleading.

Didn’t have a good experience with the food quality and quantity. I must say that it’s really not worth the money. Marriott experience has clearly gone for a toss. Will never come back here!!
