In a city where momos have got this sudden frenzy craze where everywhere and everyone wants to try momos and make it trend viral. Amidst that many seems to have confused momos and dimsums are different. While Momos are made with maida, dimsums are made with starch. A bit more sticky and it also has a plethora of filling explorations that can be tried upon. Dimsums in Hyderabad is mostly a fine dining affair as it needs finesse and apt ingredients with the right skill and is not so relatable to be available in a street food style or kiosk. Well that was my understanding to date and to put it WRONG, here comes BINGE ‘O DIMSUMS. A kiosk and flagship brand which aims at perfecting in selling authentic and top-quality dim sums in almost 14 variants and wants to take this brand pan Asian. Binge ‘O Dimsums is located in Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur opposite to Gowri Fountain Head building. Sourcing authentic meat and seafood from across India and international locations, the dimsums are made in their central cloud kitchen in Madhapur and sourced to this outlet. With the massive expansion in the city, the brand impressed on simple and yet unique orangish decor and a thought-through kiosk. They are serving almost 14 variants of dimsums including veg and non-veg. They also serve all variants in friend varied wonton format as well. We started off with their NOORI BROTH which is a soup made with seaweed and much more ingredients that is normally served across the globe to awaken your palate and enable its sensors to be ready for the follow up flavourful dimsums. It also warms your heart on chilly days and nights. At just 30 Rs, this is a must-try here just for the unique and well-developed flavours - 5/5 If you are a true meat lover and foodie, you will be spoiled for choices here. We tasted all non-veg variants and have to say we loved each one. If at all I had to choose the top 3 variants (each served in a pack of 6 with prices ranging from 180 Rs - 250 Rs) #1 - CRAB & CREAM CHEESE (250 Rs) - This variant is only available here as crab is delicate and complex meat that can be over or undercooked easily and these guys have nailed it. The balance of that seafood aroma and that cheese makes it one helluva dimsum to try with - 5/5 #2 - PORK TERIYAKI (230 Rs) - I know many in the city may not even reach out to places that serve PORK but I’m that Minority to try everything and anything under the roof. This one is another bomb - 5/5 #3 - PERI PERI LAMB (230 Rs) - You got to try this here. The silky coat of that dimsum layer and the minced lamb with those juices oozing out makes this one of the best of their offerings - 5/5 Also, not to mention their soy sauce and chilli oil sauce, both are lit and are perfect partners for their flavour packed bombs of dimsums If you are a love of authentic dimsums or a foodie who wants to explore multiple different items, This place is a must try and don’t miss the recommendations above

Delicious Dimsum being served hot and fresh. Have been here recently and was surprised how good these dimsum were and each bite made me give a sexy nod and foodgasm😌❣️ It's one of those outlets in food court Here the food is pretty high quality and you can actually taste what you're having. I mean the filling is too good... Usually we don't get to taste but here every taste buds gets active and make you realise you're having some serious dimsum... Hell yeahh, i tried crab and cheese, pork, Prawns & lamb And my favourite was crab and cheese... This was bliss. Yes others were also no less but gotta say crab was perfect! The best part is that filling is what makes this place stands different from other's and am sure you'll love every variety on their menu. Don't forget to order NOORI BROTH just ₹30 as of now and this is like palate cleanser/ best drink in winters 🤩🤩🤩 Overall loved it ❤️

Bing-o-dim sum is the best reconditioned for dim sum lovers. My evening started with broth which increase my appetite. The delicious taste and aroma of broth made me delighted to have more dim sum from the menu. I had peri-peri lamb, spicy chicken, cilantro chicken, and cottage cheese dim-sums which were nicely hand-folded pleats on the skin with a lovely sweet-savory flavor, that was delicious. Good! very flavorful, natural colored, medium-thin dumpling skin with juicy tender chew and doesn't break easily. I would like to thank Mr. Jeevan(Owner) and his chef for inviting me to try luscious dim sums.

Tried Mochi and cheesecake from here. Here sharing my experience shortly ! For details, watch my youtube channel whatever tania ! Strawberry Mochi – Perfect chewy and gooey strawberry mochi icecream with fresh strawberry pulp inside and bublegum type outer layer. Japanese Cheesecake – Unlike dense American-style cheesecakes, it feels like biting into a soft cloud. Light and fluffy, midly sweet and the cream cheese flavor is subtle and well-balanced. perfect for those who enjoy lighter desserts without the heaviness of traditional cheesecakes.

Taste and Quality come together at this quaint little place at Madhapur street food.Highly recommended place for Dimsum . They’ve got the best menu, they deal with pork , crab and lamb which many don’t dare. Rich in taste and value for money outlet.

It was an unplanned visit here to satiate the dimsum cravings and boy this place didn't disappoint. Located in food court with vast variety of dimums ,baos and momos ,the Dimsums were the show stealer . Tried the crab and cream cheese dimsum with actually good filling and there was no after smell of crab which was quite good in taste . Also tried their new menu which was recently launched . Tried the mushroom bao and honey glazed chicken steamed and fried baos . Very soft and fresh baos made totally in house . Tried mochi ice creams for the first time and instantly fell in love with the chocolate one . The mango and strawberry was good too as it was fruity and sweet . Overall a nice place to satisfy the dimsum cravings without burning a hole in the pocket.
