The “serves 2” bucket no longer has enough rice and chicken to serve two people - biryani is good but you are left hungry - ever since the price increase and reduction in portion. Fav place since 3+ years but not going back anymore.

Known for their biryani’s Had mutton biryani from this place Biryani does not taste good Mutton pieces are not cooked well. Mirchi ka salan and raitha could be better. Service is good. Overall worth a skip.

Firstly, the AC wasn’t working and despite multiple requests, the lady staff and manager completely ignored us. Still, I decided to continue and eat the food. The biryani taste was extremely disappointing too much rice and very little meat. Then came another issue. I presented my American Express card and your staff swiped it literally 4 times while arguing that my card was not working. Later they realised the machine itself was not accepting American Express cards. Completely unprofessional handling. The biggest shock your restaurant was not ready to serve normal drinking water at all. We were told to purchase bottled water if we wanted water. Is this really hospitality? Offering basic drinking water is basic humanity. I genuinely appeal to the Telangana Government to take strict action against such restaurants that fail to provide even basic customer service and dignity. I’ve been eating at this and their other establishments all over the world. This was by far my worst experience ever, I had ordered a portion of chicken tikka only to be refused and not served and when I had asked for a refund I was told that it’s my problem that the dish is not available. It honestly wouldn’t have been bad if it came from the wait staff or somebody who managed the restaurant. The cashier, Chiranjeevi took lead which was quite amusing cause he seemed more frustrated with the whole situation while it should have been the around. I reckon Reza and Sanju baba wouldn’t appreciate it either. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo at that moment, maybe next time Chiru.

We visited the restaurant on 12th August and ordered Adhraki chicken gravy which was their signature dish, but it was so salty, tasteless, they used frozen chicken which was uncooked. The supervisor said he will replaced but the gravy but it tasted still same salty. Later they said they will serve other gravy again that was more pathetic and tasteless. PLEASE avoid this place the food will make you sick.

I found a cockroach in my biryani which is serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable I have a video proof aswell I hope the management takes strict action to improve cleanliness and food safety.

Worst service experience with the staff, they won’t serve you if you don’t sit at their decided place. Taste wise it’s nice I would better avoid the place just for the behaviour of the staff

Biryani was stale and not at all fresh. Hariyali kebab was not even cooked properly. The washroom smell was all over the place.
