Nice ambiance, the prices are sweet. And since its in Hyderabad, so no denying that the Biryani is awesome!!! Good service, polite staff, overall a pleasant experience. Must visit for lunch if you're in Banjara Hills

Food 5/5 : telangana mutton fry and apollo fish were very tasty. Ambiance was ok. Could be better.  Kondapur branch is better. Friendly staff and good service.

Buffet Breakfast... ...Lacklustre. I Stayed In Minerva Grand For 4 Days And I Was Offered Complimentary Breakfast At {uid:22644106} Everyday And I Cant Say Wow In Terms Of Spread And Service. Spread: Buffet Spread Was Strictly Ok With Bread, Cereals, Mix Of North Indian And South Indian Dishes..All Items Were Cold Even At 8am..Refilling Of Item Was Very Slow..No One Intimated About Eggs And Dosas Can Be Ordered..Idli And Vada Can Be Managed Even If They Are Cold But Poori And Aloo Paratha Was Awful To Have In A Cold State.. Service: There Were Only 2 Waiters Available And They Seems To Be Least Intrested To Serve..Inspite Of Recurring Requests Also They Didnt Filled Empty Dishes Of Poori And Idli..When I Asked For Coffee, The Waiter Showed Me Coffee And Asked Me To Get It On My Own..I Think They Were Laidback B'cos Breakfast Was Complimentary.

I started liking this place on location and ambiance - but today I had very bad starters, we have orders Apple Fish and Veg Manchuria and a 3 Beers  - Fish is very dry inside, it looks like Both Starters microwaved, once informed they have to replace Veg Manchuria  we have noticed gaps in service communication - i will think again to visit this place !!! bad experience

I ordered mutton biryani and they provided veg biryani rice with mutton pieces. Completely disappointed.
