The manchuria and American chopsuey has lost its charm n taste . we use to hv so much here but taste has changed a lot . N American chopsuey white gravy was very popular among our family , Now it tastes very different n very okish

We visited on a rather quiet Tuesday evening, around 7:30 PM, and promptly placed an order for a couple of starters. Unfortunately, the captain who took our order was quite impolite. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took approximately 30 minutes to receive a simple crispy corn dish, which was, regrettably, both burnt and lacked seasoning. For our main course, we requested roomali roti with butter, and the captain rather audaciously informed us that butter would not be provided with this item. To further compound our disappointment, the manager, Surender, also displayed a very rude demeanor. Overall, it was a truly unpleasant experience, and we would advise against spending your time and money there as we did.

The staff are asking for tips from customers, which is not appropriate. Further, the service was restricted before 10:15 PM, even though booking was allowed up to 10:45 PM and the restaurant closing time is 11:00 PM. Also, the bill/payment option was kept open up to 3:15 AM, which is confusing and inconsistent with the service timing. Kindly review this issue and take necessary action to ensure proper service and customer transparency.

stale food served - curd rice, fruit punch, hara bhara kabab. oily food served - starters over past visits, quality of food has been downgraded totally. bluefox management to review this

Even charge for onion salad. Not that much tasty food. Water bottle is costing around 50 rupees. Quite expensive I felt.
