The food was great. And impressed with the complimentary items that we got. But I’m not satisfied with the operations part. The order quantity was mismatched, the special request was forgotten and it took a while for some orders to arrive.

The restaurant tried not to include the liquor bill in the discount but after showing the bill of the previous visit which was a couple of weeks back they finally decided to take it. please check why this is happening as nothing is mentioned about the liquor exclusion in the District app.

I ordered a Veg Lemon Coriander soup via Zomato, but to my absolute disgust, I was delivered a Chicken Lemon Coriander soup instead. Being a strict vegetarian, this is beyond a simple mistake—it’s highly offensive and shows an utter lack of care and responsibility. it’s your duty to double-check orders, especially when it comes to dietary preferences and restrictions. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. I am horrified and extremely disappointed. Please ensure proper checks are in place to avoid such gross mistakes in the future. This incident has caused me distress, and I will think twice before ordering from here again

Too many mosquitoes and there is no one who is bothered. Waiters were in a rush since it was the last order slot. No Biryani or Pulav available at 10:30pm? I came to celebrate but left with a bitter taste. Madhapur branch never disappoints, been there with clients, friends and never a complaint.

I came in late to celebrate a friend's anniversary and wasn't happy the evening we spent at this branch. Mosquitoes to welcome, Rude staff who were busy to wrap their work rather than noticing the discomfort. Didn't like the soup or anything that ordered that night
