Had a wonderful buffet lunch with friends, and it was a great experience overall. The food was excellent with a wide variety of items, all fresh and delicious. Ambience is very good. Suitable for families. But food taste is not consistent.Sometimes food was good and sometimes it was bad, especially during day times,food was never fresh. Ambience- 5/5 Budget - 5/5 Taste- 3/5 Service - 4/5

Fried rice was not upto the mark. Other dishes were good. There was some carpentry work was going on, lot of noise was there.

Dark dungeon-like unappealing ambience, especially for breakfast. Food is mediocre at best.

The staff informed that order takes time and asked me order main course and i did but in 2 mins the main course was brought and kept on table which got cold. i asked for replacement and the staff of do egoistic, they ovened the biryani to the max temperature and brought.

Quality of food was very poor. The noodles were undercooked and stale. The naans were like rubber. Some wood was overspiced and some was underspiced. Best to skip the dahi bhalla and dahi vada. Some drinks were not available. Service was inattentive and somewhat rude.

I am really sorry to give a review like this. I am a regular customer to bluefox. The staff is tooooo rude. food is good. but the way they talk to people is shit. very poor customer service. I will say it's a pooooooor service
