Very disappointing experience for the price paid (our bill was around ₹5,000). The food was overpriced and nowhere close to worth the cost. The fish was extremely oily, and most of the dishes were far too salty. The service was poor—the servers were inattentive, and we had to call them multiple times before getting a response. To make it worse, many items on the menu were not available, yet they informed us only after we had ordered. One dish was delayed for 20 minutes, and then we were told it wasn’t available at all. For dessert, the brownie was overly sweet and felt more like a sugar overload than a proper dish. Overall, between the bad service, average-to-poor food quality, and the high cost, this was a very underwhelming experience. Definitely not value for money and I would not recommend this place.

The menu PRICES ARE is outdated. I visited the place yesterday, and found the prices mentioned in the Zomato menu and what they charge are very different. The prices are exorbitant to say the least. Really expensive. The food is good, but doesn't justify the prices. Also, they add a SERVICE CHARGE to the bill but STILL check if you would like to add a 'tip.'

Waiter showed so much of attitude when i gave his tip money during payment... If smirked and threw the receipt on the table .. i frequent at this place but this is truly disappointing.... Would hate to go there again

The food was good and tasty, they have many items in the bar menu but they only have few beers. service was pathetic for the expensive price that we paid.

Never again...been there last night with family...most of the items I ordered were not available...the ones available were absolutely bland and absolutely distasteful.... ordered mutton Rogan Josh...the waiter after 40mins tells me reason for delay is the person has gone to get mutton since it's unavailable at 9pm...nd the best reason they said is all this is happening bcoz it's a franchisee...never again unless u wanna be left hungry after a dining experience

very very very bad food I didn't expected this much bad only in dining they will surve good food in zomato they won't please don't order from bluebox restaurant we didn't even kept the food in mouth. imperial and lucky pista houses are better compared to this bluebox

They have sent spoilt food and donot waste money by ordering food from this restaurant as they do not respond also. Zomato doesn't offer any help and it is of no use complaining. Waste of money food quality is very poor

Never ever done at this restaurant, if you want to die hungry you can visit this place the service is so bad that you have to wait one hour for a dish and a basic nimboo soda takes 20 mins to be made.

I felt I'm eatibg at a bandi, the way I was treated and response of staff is pathetic. Not even a single thing in place. I wish there would have been a negetive rating. Hopeless place.
