I saw a meme on Instagram that said burgers need to be wider ffs instead of being tall; how if is one supposed to fit a 2-floor building in the mouth? When I read that, I related to the thought as a joke but when 1 ate Burger Division's ALL AMERICAN CHEESE burger, I related to the meme for real. Firstly, it has two patties. Now, I understand how one can think that's American, their portion sizes are huge and well, it's America. But the patties are dry, lifeless and sauceless. Where's the cheese people? How did you miss the most American ingredient of an American burger? That's disappointing. Also order the wings and their crunchy chicken burger, that was decent. At least it had sauce.

I've ordered from Burger Division quite a few times, and have even recommended them to a lot of my friends, but never knew the management was so pathetic. We'd ordered online and got the wrong order delivered, since then I've been trying to reach them. Firstly, the number they've shared all across, doesn't work, it's out of service. I finally found a way to contact them after a lot of looking around. They said they'll deliver the order again, it's been 3 hours, no updates. They shared the number of store manager Rishi, who picked up the call once, after 3 hour making an excuse that he's unable to find any delivery partners, I called again after 2 mins as the call got cut and since then his number is switched off. What a mockery they've made of a good brand and good burgers. From now on I'll be sharing the same review for Burger Division and how one should stay away.

The burgers are fresh, good and have a good amount of stuff between the buns. Having said that, I've had better tasting burgers from their center at Gachibowli from where I used to order frequently and hence felt a tad bit disappointed. The Onion Rings however were spot-on and were lip-smackingly tasty. The cashier was courteous and the service was quick. Lastly, it's on the 2nd floor next to IBACO ice cream of Sarath City Mall; mentioning this deliberately as on google it shows 1st floor
