Very chaotic. Pathetic manager, shouting at customers and employees and getting all orders wrong. Half the staff is busy packing online orders and only one order machine working. It took fifteen minutes to place the order and then fifteen minutes to receive it. worst service for a fast food chain. they should take some lessons in how to serve customers from their next door competitor McDonald's. i think they only got a few extra customers because McDonald's was shut for renovation.

the bottle of coke isn't opening which I've got it through a meal offer. like this is reduculous every single time I've ordered and faced this problem

I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. We noticed a new addition to the menu, which was the chicken and veg tacos. We decided to try both varieties, but unfortunately, we didn't like either of them. The tacos were burnt, and the veg taco was particularly disappointing. It's disheartening to experience such low-quality food from a well-known brand.

Very inefficient staff service. We have ordered 4 burgers for take away, and they give just 2 ketchup sachets and 1 tissue paper. Very filthy service

I paid for my order and the guy says he did not receive the money and I have to make payment again. Like seriously why would anyone do that

it was the worst experience here, the meal which values for money they do not serve them it is just on the menu card
