I had ordered peri peri fries but did not get any peri peri spice to add to the fries. I received plain fries. In case of food being delivered home the restaurant needs to double check the order before sending it out. My issue is minor but it did spoil my experience as I was expecting something else

Fake reviews. Using people sitting in mall to gain reviews on zomato and thier feedback platform. Bad customer service. The prices became unreasonable now and all items are not available. Mostly thick shakes are not available.

We had Boss Chicken whopper med. meal and Grilled Chicken med.meal. Chicken slices were burnt. Whopper didn’t taste the way I expected. Rest of the parts were fine.

They have only meals with coffee and no soft drinks.. Can't take individual burgers or French fries.. Have also written to customer care.. Has happened multiple times at this outlet and Banjara Hills outlet Maybe happening all over hyderabad Extremely unprofessional

I ordered 6 items from Burger King, but only received 5. On top of that, the entire order was delivered in a completely wet and messed-up condition. The burgers are soggy and ruined. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you can't deliver proper food, stop taking orders.

It tastes really very bad this time I haven't expected this from burger King.there is no any other vegetables except onion and chicken patty I am totally disappointed this tym I don't know what's wrong please improve your quality of food too...

Ordered chocolate puffstix which should contain chocolate and cinnamon sugar but got peri peri just cause there were too many people, The staff did not know the difference between them.

We ordered 2 burgers and 2 veg pizza puff, the pizza puffs' dough was completely uncooked from inside. It was total waste of my money.
